We have a serious problem with our teamviewer. Currently a manager can view 3 sets of employees in the team viewer. When he selects his own directly reporting employees in the team viewer he can iterate through the MSS options (some are custom BSP's, others are standard) and view the employees details no problem.
But when he changes the employee set in the team viewer to one of the other options (delegated employees or all employees), the team viewer behaves strange. For the first MSS option click or 2nd or 3rd he will view the correct employees details but on a subsequest option selection, the details for the first employee in the first list in the team viewer (directly reporting employees) is dispalyed.
It's like the team viewer somhow loses the connection and just defaults back to the first guy on the first team viewer drop down option.
This is most strange and quite dangerous so if anyone could shed any light, I'd be most grateful.
