Print Layout Designer with paper size A5
Symptom
If the printer supports many types of paper sizes, SBO will get one of
the paper sizes which is available in selected printer.

Solution
If you want to use different paper size, it not only depends upon
Business One, but also your printer. Please make sure your printer
supports the page size you want to use.
Before you print document in Business One, please go to menu File ->
Page Setup, make sure the correct page size is selected.
The system will always take the paper size which has been set as
default for the printer.
Moreover based on Business One system definition, File -> Page Setup
in Business One is relevant with system Printer setting.
That means every time when you run Business One,
it will read the system Printer setting to File -> Page Setup.
Go to Start -> Printers and Faxes -> find your system printer, right
click and choose 'Printing Preferences', please check if the system
printer setting is A5.

Hi Dany,
What do u mean by '"i have different in the lenght" ?
If u have the preprinted format , u have to set the paper size according to printer , More or less it is printer dependent .

It is depending on your printer and hard to do based on many users' comments.
Thanks,
