service pack 2 is only installed in one node in mscs

hi experts

i realized that i have distint SP installed in both nodes of the cluster. One with the SP2 and the other without any SP installed.

How can install the SP2 in the other node?. The system is in production state.

His problem is that there is only one node without SP2, the other node has it. Has he do the same process for install the SP2?

Yes Victor he has to install it on 2nd node by following the same process

just that when he updates that the installer will not detect the database on it and will only update the selected components on n2 node.

I have done this last month only and it was successful

see if you have database in node 1 and SP2 installed and now you want to install SP2 on node2 ,there are no issues,just run installer on node 2 and i will upgrade itself

It will not detect any database as it is not installed on that node
