list of production orders without a migo

Dear All,

How can we get the list of production orders where material is sent for jobwork and migo by mb31 against production order is pending.

Many times due to this gap the material is not shown in stock though the stores have posted the GRN against Purchase order.

Do we have a standard transaction available.

Vikram,

You can use COOIS transaction itself. After filling the plant and order type details in the intial screen status selection. Input Status "REL" and in the other field "DLV" and activate the check box exclude. This should give you the list of production orders where GR is not yet completed.

The report can be generated by COOIS, select Purchase orders and exclued 'DLV' and 'TECO' in system status.

Go to COOIS,

As your requirement is to track the materials issed to the orders which are pending, Select "components" or" Documented goods ovement" in the list and exclude the system status TECO and DLV.

Hi,

In MCPM remove the tick from 'orders with goods receipts only' and execute the report.

If GR quantity is 0, it means GR is not done for the production order.
