hi
i want to kill the BCT process from mmc in qas system, many times i start/stop mmc but its shows running for last 2 days,

Hello Aftab,
just check the process id(PID) in SM50 of the background process that you want to kill.
Go to OS level and then task manager,check the PID that you want to kill and then kill the process from OS level
It would be killed

i deleted in three attempts but both in sm50 and mmc is showing err with value 4
is it fine or do something else
