re: cost center budget values

Hi Experts,

Good Evening to all,

Can anybody tellme about KPZ2 because i want to check the values of cost centers budgets periodwise (some thing like 7ke1 for profit centers) but if i went and see in KPZ2 the system showing the profile for current year and next year but i want to see the values of budget which we assigned for last year.

so if anybody face the same problem give me ur inputs to resolve and see the values of budget for cost centers 2008.

Hi,

You can change the budget progfile, so it will show you last/future periods according to your definition. Go to OKF1, select the profile you use and define the time frame.

Thanks for your feedback as per your previous reply i went to OKF1 and i saw two profiles which i can see in KPZ2 so i renamed the present profiles

cost00 earlier it is current year but i renamed to previous year

cost01 earlier it is next year but i renamed to current year and

i created new cost02 next year

so now when i see in kpz2

cost00 previous year 2008-2009

cost01 current year 2009-2009

cost02 next year 2010-2010

can u tellme how to get the cost00 previous year 2008-2008?

points will be assign.

Hi,

This definition is not functional; you can select how many periods do you want to see further and backwards, but the count point is always the current period. Anyway, renaming the profiles won't lead you anywahere; you have to change the time frame - double click the profile and modify it.
