    Hi Shrinivas,

What is the status of that particular shopping cart.

Please check Application Monitors -> Shopping Cart -> Backend application errors on the web browser to know more about the cause of error.

Also have a look at the following links:

    shopping-cart-item-in-transfer-process

    shopping-cart-error-in-process

    Thanks,

    Pradeep

    Hi Shrinivas,

please send us some more information from the BBP_PD.

    - What is the status of the SC?

    - What's the content of the BBP_PDBEI-BE_OBJECT_ID ?

    - Do you have any entry for the SC in the alert monitor?

    Regards,

    Peter

    • Hi Shrinivas,

with the status I1111 (Item in transfer proces) you should have normally an entry for the particular SC in the alert monitor. With this entry in the alert monitor, the administrator has the possibility to retransfer or to DELETE the SC item.

So please check at first this alert. Is this entry missing, please execute the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED as in the note 441768 described. (the BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED report is responsible for updating the missing entries in the alert monitor, and not for setting the status I1112).

Once this alert is created, you can delete the SC item line.

      Regards,

      Peter

    Hi Srini,

I think this not the back end issue, this is a IPC server issue. At the time of approving the SC if the IPC is down then this problem will accure. Here you cant delte the SC.

It is better to ask user to create a new cart.

    Hi

Do you want to delete that cart . Hope that follow on document was not yet created.

try with CHECK STATUS or Monitor SC - Delete options will be there either points.

    regards

    Hi,

    Hi,

    Hi,

1 Check in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB if the corresponding entry exits in the table

    use CLEAN_REQREQ_UP to transfer SC.

    2. If entry in table doen't exits check the follow on document number reserve for the SC ( Use bbp_pd)

    then use FM BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT.

    3. If nothig above use normal process BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER function module and use CLEAN_REQREQ_UP

also check in RZ20 Monitor log for any error messages..
