Broadcast Workbook with 2 settings run at same time

Hi All,

I have scheduled a workbook that has just 1 query embedded but have 2 settings for different filtered values.

However when I schedule them to run at the same time we get this error :-

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800 0A03EC): Microsoft Office Excel cannot access the file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\BW\Analyzer\Workbooks'. There e are several possible reasons:u2022 The file name or path does not exist.u2022 The file is being used by ano other program.u2022 The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook.

Having read this post information-broadcasting---losd-balancing and followed the instructions in the note mentioned we still get the error even though we have it set to run 1 workbook at a time.

Is there something else we need to do to stop this from happening.
