Rule for EL encashment

Hi Gurus

I have one senario,

EL encashment calculation is based on 26 days for all employees except E8 (ESG)

Calculation of EL encashment for E8 employees is based on 30 days.

But the problem is ESG for PCR and ESG for CAP is set 3 for all employee.

I already write a rule but calculation is done on the basis of 26 days for all employee.

AMT/26 Division

MULTI NAA Multipl.amt/no/rate

ADDWT * OT Output table

How can i divide it for EG E8.
