BOM is not getting exploded

Dear all,

While running MRP run with MD50 where we have 4 levels with 25 components we are not seeing any BOM explosion and we are getting requirenments for 7 assemblies only with exception of

40-coverage not provided by master plan, what does this mean

please advice all the master data has been maintained as per the requirements
