    Look into Information Broadcasting for BI-Portal.

    It can broadcast reports by sending to recipients via e-mail - and you can schedule the reports as well.

    Read through this thread to get you started:

    [Broadcast E-mail|]

    [Information Broadcasting links|Infomation broadcasting in BI;

    [SAP Library Information Broadcasting|]

    Hope this gets you started.

      Can anybody help me out with this message:

      Cannot process message, no route from 11001844 to neha.garg

      Message no. XS826

      To continue processing, the system requires a valid route from sender 11001844 to recipient neha.garg(type INT).

      System Response

      The action was terminated.

      Error occurred in SAP in SAPconnect

      If this error was generated within the SAP system by SAPconnect, you have the following options:

      Create a route (i.e. assign a suitable address area, which covers the above address, to a node).

      1. Check whether the route exists, but the node to which it is assigned is not in operation. If this is the case, change the route or put the node into operation.

      2. Change the recipient address if it has been entered incorrectly.

      If the error was detected outside of the SAP system, please read the operator's manual for your communication software or contact the manufacturer.
