Phase confirmation

Hi, Is there any standard PI cat for phase confirmation through process messages where we can enter the hrs, quantities (actual confirmation values)?

Hi,

Check PI Catagory PH_CON.It might be usefule to you.

or you can create your own using Process Message Catagory PI_PHCON.

Hi Dhaval, While using PH_CON, It is not showing any fields to enter the data in co60? the settings in o10c is "06-1-ph_con-08(for variable phase activities)". even the order status is not showing as CRCR (only PIGN). same thing with PH_ACT. Pls advise.

Dear,

Go to CO55 or CO60 and complete control recipe of that process order. Then go to co54 and sent Process Message regarding completion of control recipe.Once messages is sent status of process order will get change.

Hi Yadav,

Check in COR2 ---> Go to --> List ---> Control Recipe List.

If No Contorl Recipe No. found that means Control Recipe (PI Sheet) is not generate.If this is the case then go to Log on Control Recipe generation.Clear those log.

PIGN stands for Process instructions generated.Which you will find in Process Instruction tab of Phases.This status is assgin to process order when you have assgin PI catagory to your Control Recipe Destination.And at the time of Control Recipe creation system will auto assgin that PI Catagory to the corresponding Control Recipe Destination.

Hi... i feel some contradictory thing in above 2 statements...

Second statement shows that control recipe has not been generated... if this is the case then u need to clear the log first for the errors, as dhaval said.

first state ment shows that u have created control recipe and when u open a control recipe then u see blank in PI sheet....

Please elaborate more on ur issue...

Hi, Control recipe not generated. the error log is as follows: value can not be assigned automatically to char. 0520 PPPI_UNIT_OF_MEASURE in proc. inst. 0010 phase 0020. I have tried to open char PPPI_UNIT_OF_MEASURE (thru ct04), But gives error message that characterstic from reserved name range-change not allowed. Pls advise solution.
