Hi,
Use this path : Controlling > Product Cost Controlling > Basic Settings for Material Costing >
Overhead > Define Costing Sheet.
Here three things are required : 1. Calculation Base ; 2. Percentage Overheads Rates; & 3 Credit which you can seperately define
through the next stage : Define Costing Sheet Components.
In Define Calculation Base : Create New entries : Base ID Y001 - Materials and save. In details tab give the Raw Material Consumption A/c - Cost element A/c No. and save the entries
In % overhead Rates : New entries Z001 : enter your O/H rate ID and description and save. In details tab give valid from & to date 01.04.2008 to 31.12.9999 - CO Area - O/H type 1 and give 5%
repeat the same in next two lines for O/H type 2 and 3. Save the entries.
In Credit - New entries give ID C001 description : Mat O/H cost. In details tab give valid to 31.12.9999
the cost element for Material O/H and give the cost center to which the cost has to be captured.
Now coming back to define costing sheet -
New entries : give costing sheet ID CS01 and description. In the costing sheet rows tab give row No.10 for Base Y001 and in the coloumn Base enter Y001
Give row No.20 and choose coloumn Overhead and give Z001 and in from coloumn enter 10 and
in credit coloumn enter credit key ID C001. In the next line just enter a description Material Cost
and save the costing sheet.
This costing sheet has to be assigned to Valuation variant in the costing variant component for the
Plant. Further, you have to make entries in the cost component structure through OKTZ.
If you need more clarity please revert back.

Sadashivan
