If this always happen for this kind transaction, you have to find what is the root cause of the problem. Is it related to your PL, your SP or FMS?

    Thanks,

Sometimes it happens that clients are not able to do deliveries or inventory transctions...

We could identify that it happens when the finance user makes entries in the outgoing payments.

That user has to log off the machine or server has to be shut down, only then others can use the system..

Business one gets hanged. The network is fine...

If the root cause for problem could not be identified, you have to log a support ticket as soon as possible. Your B1 database must have some crucial needs to be repaired.
