Difference between 5.1M and 7.0_SP02NW

Can anyone help with what are the key differences between the 5.1m & 7.0NW version of BPC and any issues/tips people have in implementing and using the NW version. We have an 5.1m install and would like to do a NW app next if functionality is as good and no major issues.
