Employee name is not displaying in Postion is not assing in OM

Hi,

i transfered one employee to another department , and assigned new postion in 0001 to him , but when i see the new postion which the employee suppose to occupy but employee name is not displaying in OM.

same thing in promotion action , employee name is not displaying in Om on new assigned postion.

Hi,

Ensure that the Integration between OM and PA is ON. Check feature PLOGI and switches related to PLOGI in table T77S0.

If not integrated, switch on the integration and run the RHINTE30 report to update OM by A008 (holder) relationship creation and then RHINTE10 to update IT0001 of the employee.

Also check the validity dates of the at the top while viewing the org structure either in simple maintenance or Org and staffing mode. Make sure that the employee's action dates fall well in between the validity dates.

Check the intergration bewteen OM and PA.

Integration with PA

PLOGI : is feature which determines , which employees are taken into account for integration between OM and PA

PLOGI-PLOGI: = switch for plan version

PLOGI-ORGA: = 'X"vintegration switch between OM & PA

PLOGI-EVENB: = fulfill the prerequisite to be able to move a person or position within

the Org structure

PLOGI-PRELI: = contains a value that is used if an employee has not been assigned to a

position in the integrated system

PLOGI-PRELU = BTCI , this means that if integration is active, changes in the organization Management is not posted immediately to PA

If the value is 0 or blank , the data is posted immediately

PPABT-PABT: = the department switch activates the inclusion of the department indicator in info type 1003 for integration

RHINTE00 :

u2022 Used to transfer data from HR master data to OM

u2022 Only objects that are in status active (1) in the integration plan version are transferred

RHINTE10

u2022 Generates the required table entries in PA for OM objects that are relevant for integration

u2022 Used to delete objects in the customizing tables for personnel administration

RHINTE20

u2022 Checks whether all of the objects relevant for integration exist in both PA and OM

RHINTE30

u2022 Allows you to transfer a personu2019s Organizational assignment from Organization management to the organizational assignment info type of personnel administration
