SLD configuration during installation

I installed Netweaver J2ee AS. And configured SLD during installation itself.

But I dont see any Data suppliers being configured in SLD.

I am configuring a data supplier manually and following this documentation

This links asks me to go to Configuration Management > Security Management

But at Netweaver administrator page

http://sunriselab:50000/nwa

I dont have any option with name Configuration Management. I only have options Administration, Configuration and Monitoring.

Even under Configuration, I didnt find Security Management.

My questions.

1. Why my installation didnt create current J2EE server as Data Supplier?

2. Where this documentation is pointing me to?
