Hello,
The item category is maintain in the copy control, for order to billing, but still it seems the the Billing Relevancy "I" that is maintained in the item category is giving errors while doing the Vf01 it says , Billing Relevancy not maintained in the Item Category.
Regards
Check in VOV7 for your item category what is maintained for the field "Billing Relevance". In normal circumstances, this should be "F" or "I".
Next ensure that in copy control VTFA, you have maintained the said item category.
thanks

Hi
In the Item category(VOV7), put value "B" as "Billing relevance" and in the Copy control (VTFA) the same Item category must have been specified in the source document.
If ,you are working with Billing plan then the Item category for the Milestone Billing plan is TAO and for Periodic Billing plan is WVN in standard and both these Item categories should have Billing relevance as "I" (Order related billing - Billing plan).
Remember, for an Item, which you have physically delivered, the Billing for it should be created with reference to the Delivery document.
