Error " Change the inspection stock of material 20000 in qm only"

HI All

I have a material with Quality management view.

I did a PO for 01 qty.

I created a inbound delivery for 01 qty.

The stock had been placed in Qua.ins stock.

I transfer posted the material from Qua.ins to Un res stock.

Now i am trying to reverse the delivery using VL09.

I got a error message that deficit of 01 qty in quality stock.

Now i tried to transfer post the stock from Un res to qua.ins stock.

I am getting the error "Change the inspection stock of material 20000 in qm only".

I found the inspection lot.

The status is UD ICCO SUB SPCO CLAS STUP.

How to proceed

Help me in this regard.

You have made a us UD for the lot.Now quantity is moved from Qaulity to Unrestricted.

UD:Usage Decsion made

SPCO: Stock posting completed

There for That qualntity is not available under QI stock(can be seen thro' Tcode-MMBE)

so giving msg'" deficit of 01 qty in quality stock"

Now you wnat to put QTy from Unrest to QI stock.

It is giving msg "Change the inspection stock of material 20000 in qm only".

Becoz there are QI inspection type like 01,04 etc which can only put in quality back after 08(Stock trnsfer--recomonded by SAP) inspection type is active.

By VL09 it will not ible but by MB1B Mvt type 322 it is possible to put into quality.But prior to that active 08 type of inspection type for that material in mm02.

This will create lot of 08 inspection type.

check in MMbE ,material stock is QI.

Thanks for youor reply.

In MM02 i can able to see that 3 inspection types 01, 04 and 08.

Only 01 is active.

04 and 08 are not active.

I need to activate the inspection type 08 in mm02 then i have to do the transfer posting.

Is this correct?
