Voyager member drill down based on BW query

Hi GUru's

I would like to know how to manage drill down and dill up hierarchy in Voyager based on an BW infocube or BW query? (Ex: Year --> Month/YEar --> Week --> Day --> Material)

Is it possible, How ?

No not an External SAP hierachy. What i mean is that i want to define link between members. And when users navigates in Voyager they can drill down or drill up by double clicking.

It is more like Hierarchy display option in BW query designer.

Hi Cyril,

unfortunately Voyager is not providing that kind of functionality. Bex Web Reporting is providing it today. In Voyager it would be "stacked dimensions" where you would see the two dimensions next two each other.

Hi,

I know that i oculd slide and dice. but my need is to create Parent and son in drill down. It is possible in voyager (in help documentation and when i double click on a member i have a message that no child for the member)

SO i want to know is it possible to create a such link between member based on BW query or BW infocube.

Hi,

have you seen Voyager already or is it new to you ? Voyager is a typical OLAP frontend tool that compares to BEx Web Reporting to a certain degree.

You could slide and dice the characteristics.
