copy of a manual cond type value

Hi All,

I've the following requirement:

1) I've a manual cond type ZXXX--user enters value 1000$ manually in the PP.

2) Another cond type ZYYY--copy of ZXXX, I do not want to mark this as manual and this condition type has to copy the value from ZXXX when entered with some value.

My questions:

1) How do I make this work?

Pls help.

Regards,

Raghu.

You can assign a Alt. calcl.type in pricing procedure to the condition type and assign like X = Y. which will copy the value of the manual conition type.

    Its very simple.

    In the Pricing procedure

Suppose your ZXXX is having counter 20

then have this ZYYY in 21 number and in FROM column give 20. So in the order what ever is the value of ZXXX will flow for ZYYY.

    No reqmnt required.

    Thanks

    Sai

    Hi Raghu,

Condition Type ZXXX is base condition type and ZYYY is copy of the ZXXX, then solution is as below:

    1. Create condition Type ZYYY as Discount / Surchage condition with Access sequence as JDUM.

    2. Set From counter of Condition type ZYYY to that of ZXXX, means if the conditon ZXXX is at step 50 then FROM field of ZYYY should be 50.

    3. Go to transaction VK11 and create condition record of ZYYY for ( Sales Organisation combination) and maintain value as 100%.

This will enable 100% copy of the value of ZXXX into ZYYY condition type.

Hope this is clear to you.

    For anything further please revert.

    Regards,

    Dnyandeo.
