SPAM DDIC Activation prob with SAPKB70009

Hi,

Im trying to install service pack 9 for BASIS SAPKB70009 but I keep getting the error DDIC activation. Ive tried everything to remove it as well reloading it over 10 ten times but I still keep getting the error including several reboots.

Is there anyway I can remove this error. If not whats the solution.

Version of patch is CSN0120061532_0024352 I dont think this is the one with problems in it and even it is how do I get it out of the queue.

This is a REAL PAIN!!!
