Drill down char,changing the key fig value.

Hi Experts,

i have created one query in which have conditon qty > 0 , then only it will display the report.

In the conditon, char assingment take the most detailed chars along the rows.

now query is working fine.

Now the problem is whenever drill the down(remove chars from reports or add the reports ) charactrestics in query , then key figure value is changing.

for example

in the rows having following chars

plant,salesdoc type , sales doc,item, request data, del block, key figure is net value.

but if remove any sale doc type or sales doc, or item, then key figure value will be changed.

if we add any other char also, key figure value will be changed.

please help me this issue.

Hi,

Do you mean you dont want key figure value to be changed after any drill down. If columns of the report in any seletion or formula you will have option as CONSTANT which will not change value of your key figure as per the drill down in the report.

i have checked in the report, i did'nt find the option of the contstant for the keyfigure.

Can you please tell me, where do i find this option in the report?.

Hi,

It is in Advanced tab called as Constant selection. It is available for local selections or restricted key figures.
