SPL Blocked partner & blocked document

Hi,

If the partner is blocked in SPL blocked partner, can I release the documents that associated with this partner? Or I always have to release the partner from the SPL blocked partner list first before I can release the documents?

You can release just the document. That would mean, when a new document is created for the same partner, it will also be blocked.

If you release the partner, then all the documents for the partner will not be blocked.

Regarding what approach you should take, I would suggest to look at your process / governance of managing blocked business partners and documents. Take a call based on what suits best to your organization.
