Database connectivity options with SAP HCI-PI

Hi Experts,

I would like to know the Database connectivity options with SAP HCI - PI, i mean similar to JDBC Adapter in SAP PI/PO. I didn't find JDBC adapter in HCI tenant and any work arounds or options to achieve would be helpful.

Please suggest.
