How to Stop PR from being Modified when PO is created from this PR

Dear all

I have this problem:

PR creator and PR approvers (Mr A. & Mr B) are at plant 10

PO creator and PO approver (Mr C) is at plant 20, where both plant 10 and 20 belonged to the same Company Code

Scenario in sequence:

1. PR created

2. Release of PR done at 2 levels by Mr. A & Mr. B

3. PR saved

4. PO created with reference to PR.

5. Release of PO done at 1 level by Mr. C.

6. Then, PR creator simply talk to Mr. A and Mr B to change the PR Item Quantity, or delete this

existing PR Item

7. Mr. A and Mr. B will release the PR for PR creator to do so.

8. PR Creator makes changes to the PR and saved

9. Mr. A and Mr. B released the PR.

Questions:

(1). For PO Creator and Mr C, this original PR is no longer consistent with the PO, due to the changed

made. How do we stop it from happening in SAP?

(2). Is there any place in the PO will alert the PO creator or Mr C that PR has been changed?

(3). Very often the PR creator will delete the PR item without email the PO creator. And the PO creator will still send out the old PO, not realising the PR item has been deleted. How to overcome it?

I have tried with all the Changeability Indicator in both PR and PO Release Strategy but it does not serve

any purpose for PO from backward stopping PR to change.

Please advise. Points will be given handsomely
