Confusion about dunning level 'all ...'

Hi

I am confused about the dunning levels. There is 1 ...9 and there is a something like 'all ..' (German version: alle mahnen).

What is this for and how does it work? I could not find any explanation that sheds some light on it.

Thanks

Franz

    From online help:

Choose the required option from the drop-down list, which contains ten different dunning levels and the option All. Choose All to use a letter format which combines all the dunning levels.

It means only one letter format for ALL.

    Thanks,

    Gordon

    Hi Franz,

afaik the button "alle mahnen" is used for dunning all levels at one time.

i.e. There are 10 customers to dun. 2 of them already are in dunning level 1, the rest of them do not have any dunning level. If you use "alle mahnen", the dunning wizard will create 2 demand note on level 2 and 8 demand note on level 1.

    Regards Steffen
