Serviceticket - Status status shall be set by system

Hello,

i have the following requirement for Serviceticket in IC-webclient.

In the serviceticket a specific user-status should be set via coding. This is already done.

How can i prevent that this user-status can be set by a user manually?

The user should be able to search for all documents with this status in the agent inbox. But he should not be able to change documents to this specific status.
