default issuing storloc for specified plant in creating purch requisition

Hi Gurus,

When the system generates a purch req it does not specify from what storloc it should be issued from so I would like it to default to loc 0001.

Can you tell me how?

Note: Purchase requsition created are for STO only.

This purch req is system generated because of MRP. I just want to have an issuing storage location 0001 defaulted for a specific plant in the source of supply tab in ME23n. Because it only displays the supplying plant.

First of all you have to have the customizing in place for STO from storage location to storage location.

Then you get a new parameter in customizing of special procurement key called additional info for

BAdI

Badi is MD_EXT_SUP to determine the supplying location.

U can make storage location default for a particular user by maintaining Parameter ID

"LAG"

with value "0001" i.e. storage location , in User Parameter Data.

Other Storage location related Parameter Ids are as follows.

91E                  "From" storage location (TJ91)
91F                  "To" storage location (TJ91)
DLVLGORT             Delivery storage location
