India country specific applications under ESS

Hi experts ,

We are trying to implement India country specific applications in ess (loans, reimbursement , encashment etc ). I am not getting any ess applications under ESS. ( currently we are at ECC 6.0 backend . EP 7.0 SP 15 ) also I am not getting any documentation on this .

Can anybody please share some information on this or documentation.
