Hi All,

We have created the service P.O and the P.O ltem details service tab we entered two lines items. While creating the service entry sheet with planned service. Entered percentage qty as 10%, before acceptance we have changed the second line item as "Zero". The system giving error msg PLEASE ENTER THE QUANTITY

Last month we have followed the same process, the system allow to save the service entry sheet with second line zero quanity.

Anyone please suggest me how can i found the root casuse.

As you mentioned i have deleted the line item and done the Service entry sheet.

Hi,

In place of changing the quantity to Zero, why u r not deleting the second line item.

I will suggest you to select the second line item and delete it.

Hi Chandrashekar ,

Actually service entry for 0 quantity doent make any sence .

But still what you can do is , close all the open deliveries for that service PO

And then again post service entry for first line item against that PO
