Payroll SA: Transfer payroll results (from cluster) between two SAP systems

Hi there,

We have a current HR SAP system (ECC 6 - HR1).

We are creating a new HR SAP system (ECC 6 - HR2). The purpose of the system is to run reports via BW and do data extracts. It is a reference system only. No capturing of data will take place here and there will be no FI. The requirement is to setup ALE between HR1 (live system) and the HR2 (reference system) to send master data. The additional requirement is for payroll results (Cluster tables PCL2) to be sent from HR1 to HR2.

Can someone please assist me as to how this can be done without any manual processing but as an automated Idoc, perhaps.

Thank you for your response. I have never dealt with PU12 but checked it now and it seems to be manual. Is there a way to automate this? So, we would need to export the payroll results from HR1 and then how do we import them into HR2?

The system refresh would take too long. The BW extract that requires the data runs just after the payroll posting. It has now come to my attention that they also need the posting tables PPOIX and PPOPX on HR2. I imagine the only way to transfer those tables would be via a custom Message type and Function Module but again I haven't done that before. Any ideas?

You can check with PU12 - interface toolbox.

You can also explore system refresh by basis team (if you have sufficient resources).
