Hello, we are running crystal reports 2008 on a windows 2003 server. On my own machine i have crystal reports designer installed on windows XP.

The problem is all the reports when viewed through infoview and CMC pick up american date format eg m/d/yyyy

When the reports are viewd through designer they pick up the right format (australian format)

On my own machine and windows server i have set the dates to be Australian format eg d/m/yyyy, however this doesn't make any difference

This also happens with numeric fields, i have set numeric fields through the regional settings to show no decimal places and have no thousand seperator, but still when the reports are viewed the CMC and infoview they have thousand seperators and decimals

I have no idea were crystal reports server is picking up these settings from

Hello Matthew,

I recommend to post this query to the [BusinessObjects Enterprise Administration|; forum.

This forum is dedicated to topics related to administration and configuration of BusinessObjects Enterprise, BusinessObjects Edge, and Crystal Reports Server.

It is monitored by qualified technicians and you will get a faster response there.

Also, all BOE Administration queries remain in one place and thus can be easily searched in one place.

Best regards,

Falk
