VLA10A and VL10C trnsaction

Hi good morning to u all,

I have one isuue. In production even though one sales order is deleted by the end user it's appearing in VLA10A & VL10C . But I do not know over all ststus of the sales order like it's fully delivered and billing etc..

Could some one tell me what could be the reason for this..

Just check and confirm whether it is deleted if a subsequent document exists for that sales order like delivery and billing then it is not possible to delete that sales order

its better goto VA03 and enter the sales order number and click on document flow so that u can know the status whether the delivery and billing docs exists for that sales order

Thanks for your replay. The challenge here is I can not view the sales order in any systems like production, test client, quality and production as it is deleted.

So it's deficult to see the document floe of that sales order..could you think of any othe ralternate way to fix this??

If there is any subsequent document to a sale order, you cannot delete the same. So if the order is deleted, then there should not be any subsequent documents. If there is subsequent documents, then the order cannot be deleted. Anyway, just check in VA05 or VA05N whether that particular deleted order is flowing.

Please check the entries with the sales order number in the status tables VBUK and VBUP. If there are no entries in these tables you may have to look for an SAP note to do a cleaup in the VL10A and VL10C transactions.
