Asset retirement error message 'Ordinary depreciation positive in are 20'

hi expert,

we have a problem when retire an assent, have a error message 'Ordinary depreciation positive in are 20' , but the depreciation vualue in area 20 is nagitive after we check, anyone have the same experiace please advise it .

    Hai Qian,

    You can maintain the Net book value and special depreciationall values allowed in OADB t.code or whtever fields u want the maintain the All values allowed

      hi,

      i checked , the OABD setting for area 20 looks fine. For the odinary dedereciation the amount is sett to nagetive and zero allowoed. which means fine. so i still don't what's the reason for this

    thanks for you replay.

    The problem here is related to the DKey. For the paticular DKey we used, all the transcation can only be posted in or after perion 7, therefore there is no actual oridinary derp amount
