Hi,
Recently we have completed the post-refresh activities in our QA system
(ie. on 23rd Mar 09). We found certain entries in "Inbound Queue"
(T-code:SMQ2) of our QA System (RF9) with status "SYSFAIL". When we go to
t-code "R3AM1" to display the "Monitor Objects", we observed that the
following Objects are not processed and still the status is being
displayed as "Running":
(1) DNL_CUST_BASIS3
(2) DNL_CUST_PROD1
As we have some changes lined up for UAT in our testing environment, appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
Steps for Reconstruction
After logging into SRM system, run transaction code: SMQ2, you will
notice that there are some Inbound Queues with status "SYSFAIL".
in t-code: R3AM1 - Monitor Objects, the status is in "Running" condition for quiet a long time.

in SMOEAC transaction , did you change the logical system r/3 and crm sites?
since it may points to old prodcution logical system
click the sysfail. you may come to know what is the reason for error.
