Price Condition not valid and tagged to PR/PO

Dear Gurus,

Agreement is valid and the price condition in the agreement is not valid, but the PR/PO created is created successfully. Can we restrict the PR not to tag the agreement if the validity of the price condition is not valid.

Can anyone provide your expertise ?

why is the agreement valid and not its conditions?

Wouldn't it make sense to remove this agreement from the source list if it is not valid and wanted.
