Cannot post Asset Transfer in Fixed Assets Add On 2007A PL47

HI,

Customer is using 2007A PL47. When try to post Transfer, an error message saying"The entry is not valid for total transfer" and press Add button another error message "The selected fiscal year is not active"

The document and posting date in Transfer is 01.01.10(1/2010). We had checked fiscal year in Fixed Asset setup. All other fiscal years Active=No. Fiscal year 2010, Active=Yes.

May I know how to troubleshoot?
