Error In Quotation - ASAP

Dear All,

Our all item are excisable. When user select this item in quotation and try to post it we get the following error:

There are Excisable Item(s) with non-CENVAT tax code [Message 140080010-13].

In quotation client will never select the CENVAT code. How to solve this problem.

Any solution will be highly appreciable.

check the tax code which you have selected for particular row,

error says there is excisable item with non cenvat tax code , you cannot select a non excise tax code for excisable item

if the scenario is where in you dont weant to calculate tax still you are using cenvat tax then create a tax code with zero %

hi,

Check Tick mark Include Tax in quotation means that sytem doesn't calculate tax in sales quotation

but it will calculate tax in sales order based on item/customer.

Hi,

i have already unchecked the checkbox but it is not working any other solution for this.. or else i have to continue with the solution mentioned above by our other friend.
