Asset Class XXXXXX is not yet assigned to a form

Hi

When I create an Asset the following information message shown:

Asset Class xxxxxx is not yet assigned to a form

I click the help msg and the Performance Assistant shows the following msg:

Asset Class xxxxxx is not yet assigned to a form

Message no.AA835

Diagnosis

You want to manage the asset historically. To this end, a suitable form must be assigned to asset class xxxxxx. This is not yet the case.

Procedure

Assign a form to asset class xxxxx.

You must do this no later than the time of the first history report.

I think this performanace Assistance msg shows with "i" means information. If I click enter system will accept.

What is the meaning of the above subject and what can I do and how to proceed further?

Can any one give some guidelines.

Regards,

Go to SPRO: and assign a form

Financial Accounting / Asset Accounting / Information System / Define or Assign Forms

SAP supplies the layout set FIAA_F001 as a default for the asset chart and the layout set FIAA_0003 for the inventory labels.
