Depreciation Posting not completed created in FI after upgrade in ECC6

We are now 2 months working with ECC6 after the upgrade (EA-FIN not active).

When we run the depreciation run all assets where updated with that the depreciation was posted for that period. But only a part from the FI postings where created. When we restart it will create the missing entries.

We had this the first period with the upgrade and last period again (period 1 CC XXXX and period 2 CC YYYY, not the same company code). Last month they have not seen it. Now we have to reopen the old posting period to create the postings in the old period.

Have you seen this problem in your system and how you have solved it.
