Problem with dot matrix printer

Hi,

I want to print invoice using dot matrix LQ 1050+DX. The invoice contains table. though data is getting printed, I am not able to print table lines. How should I go with it? Is it possible with dot matrix or not???

Hi,

Make the Table/Template Properties in the Table/Template Tab there would be BOX Properties in that make the Width fro 15 to 30 TW so that the Horizontal lines get Printed.

are you using LOCL for that printer?

The SAP-printerdrivers are not as good as the windows drivers. Besides it is possible that the printer does not support lines. Could you try LOCL once?

What you see on the preview is not always printed. Especially the special characters (incl. lines)

Sometimes you have to live with printer restrictions.

I have scripts in which i had to work with underscores and '|' to create substitute lines.

Hi Abhjiit,

There would be some Infrastructure guys there right, who handle the Printers and all. Talk to them. The Basis guys cant do much abt the Printer settings.
