Texts in PO

Hi

The req is in PO header texts, By default we have so many text types Header text, Header Note, Pricing Types. etc...

By default all the texts are in editable mode. How to set say ex : Pricing Types should be in display mode only in me22n. It should not be enter any text in the areas by users.

How to do this?
