Hi,
How can i know the employeement status of all the business partners, I mean the business partner who are active employee in the organisation.

You can check the employee status whether 0 or 3.
0 - Withdrawn
3- Active

If employee last working day or relieve date fields are blank, employee is still active in your organization technically
