Your PO line level must still have some lines with open status. Try to see if close line is an option for those lines. Since you are using 2004, it might be a bug too. Upgrade your B1 would be a solution if that is the case.

hi,

Even for approval document,PO can be cancelled.

Try to cancel the document in super user login.

Also confirm whether PO is in open status.

Also use this document regarding [cancelling documents|https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=011000358700001305932005E]

hi,

Check Drag & Relate --> Close Document --> Full Authorization if user is non super user.

Check Data --> Close is enabled for super user.

If you have already got GRPO, the Cancel would not be an option anymore. You could close it instead.

Thanks,

Gordon

If your PO status is Open, the CLOSE must be an option. Please check what is your PO's status..

Hello Gordon,

since my SBO version is 2004A, i cant see the doc status directly in the PO form, when i check using SQL Query Analyzer i found out that the Field DocStatus is "C", but i am more confuse bcoz when i tried to GRPO base on PO where DocStatus is Close or "C" i can still make a GRPO.... the PO Number that the DocStatus is Close it is still available in Choose from list Window.

what should i do so that it will not appear in Choose from list window??? Please guide.

Thanks.

Hi,

Pls confirm whether the status of PO is Closed-'C' or Open-'O'

If its closed, then it can not be cancelled.

please guide.

Thanks.

Hi Fidel,

Even if the PO is manully closed as stated by Jeyakanthan, and as you have mentioned that PO is in closed status. Then in the open item list it will not display the closed PO.

This might be a bug.Check with cluster, patch you are using?

I request you raise a ticket in sap support portal.

Before raising the tickect, confirm with the patch upgrade bug fix list.
