I like to understand if integration between SAP BW and SAP contact center is feasible. The company is introducing SAP CC stand-alone and no CRM tool is available. The idea is that the SAP CC is managing the incoming calls and based on the phone-number we can launch BW to start a report/dashboard with some details (a kind of customer fact sheet). Is there somebody who has done this already?
Hi Ron,
If you are using SAP Portals to display/enter your SAP Contact Center data, consider creating a report-to-report connnection which passes the Customer number as a filter paramenter to your "fact sheet" reports.
