HANA One License Update Error

At HANA One, Even if I try to update the license key from the HANA One Console screen, I can not update it by error.

I Used HANA One, HANA version 1.00.110.00.1447753075, HANA One version Rev 110.60.0.

Please tell me how to issue a license key or update it.

<Reproduction procedure>

1. Delete existing license at HANA Studio 1.png

2. Open HANA One Console and enter the SYSTEM password in the "Install HANA License" field. For license installation, use the following Addons "License Extension Version 1.0" 2-1.png 2-2.png

3. After entering the SYSTEM password, click "Confirm Install License" 3.png

4. An error message is displayed and the license can not be updated. 4.png

5. AddOns "HANA License version 9.0" has an error during installation.

Error Message: Transport: Request permission Failed 5.png

It seems, that the license you use have an issue. Did you let the key double check from the SAP license department?
You can check the steps again, if you done all correct. If yes, please let the key check from SAP.

I updated the license with the procedure of the page you teached, but it resulted in an error.

Since I am using AWS HANA One, no license has been issued from the SAP licensing department.

I also contacted SAP technical support, but since HANA One was not supported from the licensing department, I was instructed by the licensing department to ask questions in the community.

Even after using August 26, 2018, I used the 'License Extension' tool,

the expiration date did not change on August 25, 2018.

How can I update the license expiration date?

Portal is merely an administration console and is part of SAP HANA One. It doesn’t have any license associated with it. However, SAP HANA One is configured for a 1-year renewable license.

8. What is the duration of the SAP HANA One license?
SAP HANA One is configured for a 1-year renewable license from the date it is available in AWS Marketplace.

In this sentence, "a 1-year renewable license" is written, but if I can not register according to the procedure described in the previously explained URL, is it a bug?

Whose bug should I contact? Amazon AWS Support can not answer technical issues.

Or, is the license validity period of HANA One limited for one year? Was it impossible to use it permanently?
