unable to start the claim process in Benefits from the people profile

Hi all,

I am unable to start the claim process from the people profile due to not being able to enter the amount to be claimed. I get the error "claim amount must be greater than 0" The Entitlement amount is already setup.

Please help me with this, I am working on the Manage Benefits for the first time.
