KM Content is not visible in the Content Administraton

Hi Experts,

I am working with EP 7.0 SP 15. Here are we are using different desktop for differnt users.

ISSUE:

Whenever the enduser login, he/she is not shown with worksets other than portal content in Content Administration. Enduser is only shown with Portal content workset inside Content Administrator role eventhough content admintration role assigned to the enduser

Steps followed to create desktops:

1) Created desktop with filter id.

2) Applied the same filter id in the custom roles and content adminstration role.

3) Applied the desktop to user using the rule collection.

Note: There is no problem for portal administration users

Please help me in solving this issue.

did u check whether the users have read permisisons for that KM content.

Hello,

did you assign your filter Id to all the Entry Points you want to show your endusers ?

e.g. in workset "com.sap.km.home.documents"
