GR is done twice for same PO.

HI All,

This is a inter company P2P scenerio.We have created a PO and the delivering plant created the delivery for the same. Now one of our member have done GR with respect to PO. But when i tried to do the GR with respect to outbound delivery (after GR already done with PO) , the system allowed me to do so. Hence currently i am having 2 GRs for same material (one wrt PO and other wrt delivery.).

First thing is that it should not allow me to do GR wrt delivery when GR is already done wrt PO. Second thing is that from where the system is getting the stock in transit for secong goods reciept.

Please advice.

Check in PO item delivery tab is there Unlimited delivery check.

Check the outbound delivery how much qty they delivered.Check in PO confirmations how many inbound deliveries created.

For the first part you can use confirmation control in PO.

Then create a inbound delivery -> Now even if user does a GR wrt PO system will fetch the inbound delivery quantity only.

Next for your second query, system has received the goods from the supplying vendor purely.

Next when you try doing a GR wrt OD then system actually receipts the goods in transit
